Join us for our fourth annual Christmas With the Con Live at the Riverside Stage

Join us for a magical evening as the Riverina Conservatorium of Music proudly presents the fourth annual Christmas with the Con — a spectacular FREE community celebration of the festive season, set against the stunning backdrop of Wagga Wagga’s Riverside precinct stage.

This much-loved event will feature a vibrant program of classical, traditional, and contemporary Christmas music performed by the Riverina Conservatorium Orchestra, Simmons Street Big Band, Combined Concert Bands, Mass Choirs, instrumental ensembles, and featured soloists. Finishing with a breathtaking fireworks display over the majestic Murrumbidgee River.

There will be a variety of food and drink vendors on site, but you are also welcome to pack a picnic and enjoy the evening your way.

Adding to the festive spirit, the event will include the Light a Light of Hope tree lighting ceremony in partnership with Riverina charity Country Hope, supporting local families through this important fundraising initiative.

Christmas with the Con 2025 is proudly supported by the Wagga Wagga City Council through their Major Events, Festival and Film Sponsorship program.
